"It matters who your agent is. I have seen some bad ones who do not have your best interests at heart. Don't just click on a link and take whoever you get.Cyndi was absolutely great to work with. She understood our goals and what we were looking for. Cyndi was always available, responsive and helpful. We would pick possible houses from Zillow, then refine the list with Cyndi's help. She would work out the most efficient path to see them all and we accomplished a lot each time.With her help, we were able to win against 5 competing offers.Top marks!"

"Cyndi contacted me by a flyer she sent. She had sold several properties in my HOA Association. She went over how sales can happen. Some are cash and close quickly, some are by loans and take longer to close. She told us what to show and not show in the unit; obvious repairs to make, which we did; when she would like to do an open house and when it would go on the market. She was wonderful to work with and we closed escrow with a cash offer in 13 days. She kept us in the loop every time we had an offer and there were several. She gave us feedback from the buying realtors and we made some adjustments that enabled us to close escrow quickly. Cyndi has a wonderful outlook about her job and it shows up to buyers and sellers. I would recommend her to anyone."
